I had an excellent experience applying to rent with Northwood. Sophie and Kerry went above and beyond to make my application process as easy and quick as possible. The paperwork was very well organised and the welcome gift box was a very nice gesture as well.

GoogleI had a viewing this morning with one of the agents Lucy who had the poorest attitude i have experienced while viewing properties. It was as if we were bothering her by asking questions. I really loved the property and wanted to put in an offer but the attitude of the agent put me off. What a shame!

Excellent, personal service from the initial enquiry until keys were exchanged. Both the rental and sales teams proved to be knowledgeable, polite, helpful and caring. We felt we could email or call about anything and knew our ideas or questions would be answered and problems solved! The whole selling experience was calm , well monitored and had a reassuring email or call every week even after the sale . We felt that the Northwood team worked with both the buyer and our solicitor to smooth the way for a speedy sale. Thank you!

Hi Ron, we are sorry to hear you feel this way. However, we would like to clarify that the holding deposit terms were clearly explained and agreed upon before any commitment was made. These terms are in full compliance with industry regulations, and we use standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements widely recognised across the industry. You and your family made the decision to withdraw from proceeding, which is, of course, your right, but as explained at the outset, holding deposits are non-refundable in such circumstances. We always aim to provide a transparent and professional service, and we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. GoogleFantastic team, been a tenant for nearly two years now with no issues from Northwood. Any problems are delt with as soon as possible from the team. I'm that happy I decide to stay with them an move to another property (bigger form my family) an again they all helped an as expected did a great job in helping me with it all

GoogleWhat a difference to the normal slow estate agents. From first contacting Northwood to value, do photo's, viewings and getting us a sale, it all went through from start to finish in 6 weeks. Other agents said once a sale was agreed it would be 3 - 4 months. Northwood are friendly, professional and pro-active. I would not use anyone else.

GoogleI was initially struggling to sell the house with Hannells and I was not having visits at all (for almost one year). Then I decided to change of agency, and Northwook UK were able to find the buyer within a few weeks. They are very profesional, reasonable and flexible. Deciding to sell the house with Northwood Uk is the best decision you can take. I totally recomend them!
