GoogleThe Lettings Department at Mann Countrywide Dartford were very helpful in providing me with much needed support as a new landlord. Lee Grace and Gabriella Pizza were efficient and understood what level of advice I required as a Landlord. They answered emails promptly which made the whole finding a tenant process move very quickly. I would highly recommend.

GoogleExceptional service from Tim during my 2 years tenancy at Dartford. It was a pleasure to deal with Tim who is very kind, highly professional and efficient. Whenever an issue with flat Tim and Piara are quite prompt and helpful to resolve the issue within few days. Any reference letter or any sort of help it’s done within matter of hours. Very prompt to respond phone calls and emails. Thank you very much Tim!

GoogleVery inefficient and uncaring and thats to say the least. We've had so many problems with our rental property, its taken 9 months of my constantly chasing them to get anything sorted and in the end we found our own contractor.... I would never ever wish to be a private renter with them as my letting agency ever again. My landord is actually leaving them as they have had enough too. Useless!

GoogleKings of Conditional Selling Have recently told my client that although her offer, which was accepted, was really competitive they had decided to go with another offer because they were using their in house mortgage broker. So be prepared to be shafted if you happen to decide you want to remain with an intermediary that you trust. Avoid

GoogleI recently got my first apartment via Mann Lettings. My experience has been wonderful and they really do go out of their way to make everything easy for you. I was worried about finding the perfect place but they made it possible and I'm glad I went to them for help. Would recommend them to everybody!

GoogleVery professional service from the guys in the Dartford branch, Marcia, Kevin and Lorranine helped us through and made the buying process as painless as possible. Couldn't recommend more for first time buyers who need that extra reassurance! We also used James regarding our mortgage and he also found us a better rate as well as giving us options that we couldn't get going direct to the lenders.
