GoogleI have never been treated so poorly in my years of renting. The property managers are useless, rude and liars. They all pass blame with each other and nothing gets resolved. Got a refund that they should of resolved for me over a year ago but instead they turned they're back and made me go through Citizens Advice who thank god helped me. my advice ... stay away!! they only look after buyers and themselves and even though i am looking to buy now i would never ever go with them or recommend them.

However, further into the process the communication improved drastically our agent was Beth who is an absolute sweetheart and who supported us throughout the whole process.
