GoogleThanks to Tim for providing a great service when we let our flat from overseas. He helped us enormously and everything went very smoothly. Best of all we had a tenant paying the full asking price almost immediately. I would certainly recommend him to any Landlord.

GoogleI’ve recently rented out my house with Mann. I was so nervous after an awful experience with another agent. Tim was so kind, and I genuinely felt his honesty. He’s showed a lot of patience with my anxieties but the whole thing has been so easy. Thank you! I’m hoping for a much easier time with Mann, nothing seems too much trouble!

GoogleI was first introduced to Tim and his colleague Luke about 3 months ago via Sarah Judge at Mann&Co Dartford,I was very apprehensive about entering the buy to let world until i sat down and spoke with Tim who completely put my mind at ease answering all my questions with ease.Tim suggested to market the property at £950 pcm which to be honest i thought was a little excessive but Tim assured me this amount was quite achievable,over the next few days Tim and Luke had arranged 7 viewings for the forthcoming Saturday.Luke showed prospective tenants around that Saturday giving me feedback ..........and yes true to his word I achieved the full asking price.I cannot thank Tim and Luke enough for their hard work and tireless effort in what i thought would be a difficult experience.Hopefully this is the first of many buy to let properties for myself and i would not hesitate in appointing Tim and Luke again ....Thanks guys

GoogleMann Dartford handled my recent property sale, and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We mostly dealt with Chantelle who managed to perfectly walk the fine line of keeping us up to date without feeling like we were constantly getting calls from the estate agent. This was particularly impressive in the early stages when they arranged a huge number of viewings for the property on the first weekend it was listed (which paid dividends as we didn't then need a second weekend because there was plenty of interest thanks to the large pool of viewings). We had tenants in the property on the weekend of the viewings, who were not hugely co-operative but Chantelle attended early enough that she was able to resolve any issues and make sure that the place looked good for the prospective buyers. Very glad we went with Mann and I would recommend the Dartford branch to anyone looking to list a property in the area.

GoogleI would highly recommend Mann Dartford to anyone looking to sell their property in the area. Kevin and his team, especially Chantelle were fantastic with the support, advice and professionalism they provided when I sold my house at the end of 2015. Within 20 minutes of me signing the paperwork to place the property on the market they were on the phone to me with two interested parties. By the following Saturday, 12 viewings had been arranged, and we were offered full asking price. From start to finish they worked tirelessly to ensure exchange and completion happened within a short period of time; liaising with solicitors on both sides, the buyers and ourselves. Without their help the whole process would have taken a lot longer and been a lot more stressful. A truly excellent service.

However, further into the process the communication improved drastically our agent was Beth who is an absolute sweetheart and who supported us throughout the whole process.
