My experience with Foxton’s has been great because of Shaniqua Forbes (letting agent) which she has been dealing with my enquiries every day in such a great way. Finding the right property for me, being considerate of my budget and personal preferences on the property. Shaniqua has been helpful, diligent, resourceful, always finding time for me and sincere. Foxtons were amazing. Another agent couldn’t sell but they did and for a good price. Worth the extra commission charge. Rian was extremely helpful throughout. From when the sale was agreed to completion. If it wasn’t for Rian we don’t think the sale would of gone through. A mention for Tom too. He came and persuaded us to move agents. Because of his professionalism we were impressed and instructed Tom. Thank you for a great service. Whole heartedly recommend! If you are considering putting your property on the market around the Crystal Palace area. I had a brilliant experience working with Jack Richards and Tom Pedrotti at the Crystal Palace offices. Jack was super supportive gave me a list of properties to view extremely detailed. The first property matched all my specifcations so well I put in an offer right away. When my offer was accepted Tom was extremely reliable. Recommended a solicitor when I was having trouble getting hold of my own. Tom made it easy to work with him, kept me more informed than my solicitors! When process were taking to long he would chase people up for me. Even when to the sellers home to help her fill some forms to speed up the process. I have had nothing but support and excellent service and would be recommending the service to all my friends and family.

We moved our business to Foxtons Crystal Palace having met the sales team whilst looking for a property and having had a poor experience with the first estate agent that we had appointed. We worked with Simon Darvill and Carley Rust-Williams and they were always contactable and made time to speak with you. The communication from Foxtons was excellent, regularly updating us on progress with the flat sale. Foxtons found tenants for my property who filmed porn and offer "happy ending" massage services.

I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices.The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission.As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.

Not impressed one bit with Foxtons Crystal Palace. Haven't been with them long. They owe me £125 from this months rent money despite me asking where is it numerous times. I was told sorry for the delay but still waiting 10 days later. Will be taking my business somewhere else if this carries on. Up date one month on. Foxtons have now underpaid my rent money for the second month on the trot. I have emailed them and surprise surprise got an automatic reply they are 'out of the office on annual leave'. I would strongly advise NOT to use Foxtons or at least the Crystal Palace branch.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Foxtons. After trying to sell my flat for three months with another estate agent who only managed 5 viewings during that period, I decided to switch to Foxtons. I really wish I'd gone with them to begin with! Simon Darvill at Crystal Palace branch was my agent and immediately got to work organising viewings. I got dozens of people through the door and the offers soon came in. The online portal was also particularly good, allowing me to check feedback from viewings whenever I wanted and see what viewings were scheduled. Simon has been hugely helpful, incredibly patient and offered top notch service. If you're looking to sell a property, he's the man for the job!

Not impressed whatsoever to have witnessed one of your members of staff have a blatant disregard for safety, driving while on their phone... Driving while distracted by a phone increases stopping distance and the chances of a collision by 2-6x.
