Horrendous service. After arranging a viewing the lettings agent didn't show up. When speaking to a person in the office, who must have been on their first day on earth judging by their lack of ability to speak coherently with another person, we were given a number to call which "we think.....is the person you're meant to be meeting". Multiple unanswered calls and messages later we gave up waiting and left. Such a shame because the pictures of the flat looked great....

THE MOST UNETHICAL AND IMMORAL agency I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They can spin this however way they want but what they put me through was inhumane. I recently had to vacate a rented property due to harrassment and intimidation of the landlord and when begged Foxtons for help, all I got was ' yeah don't care you're being bullied or harrassed. You break your contract early you have to pay us our fees. This is when I informed them the safety of my child and myself was at jorpody. Naturally they couldn't care less. The onky thing they care about is money. The letting support manager dodged my calls and emails getting his colleagues to rudely decline my numerous calls and when he did call, it was to feed me some utter rubbish about how Foxtons can not get involved then swiftly reminding me about their fees. This is when I directly asked if their solution is for me to stay and have myself and young child exposed to the harrassment of the landlord. They couldn't care less. Finally lawyers got involved and I returned the keys back to Foxtons, only to be informed the incompetent agents have lost them. Of course I don't buy that for a second. They are holding onto it because otherwise they would have to release my deposit. My advice? DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM. They are nothing short of vultures. I have also sold a property via them years ago. Their take tactic is to entice you into a deal by over valuing a property only to slash down the price after you sign. In my opinion Foxtons should not be trusted and customer service means nothing if it means jeopardizing their fees. They certainly didn't care when I reported my child was involved. Horrible, unethical, awful. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!

We put our house in West Norwood on the market with Foxtons Crystal Palace over a year ago, and what a disappointing experience it has been. We never received the call backs which were promised, we were never able to speak to the right people, and they complete failed at getting the property sold. After 6 frustrating months we went over to Galloways West Norwood which provided a great service, just wish we had done this earlier. Like the other reviews, Foxtons massively overvalued our flat, and then also tried to knock off large sums quickly. They were also not in good communication with the 3 'buyers' they got I think, as they all pulled out. Avoid Foxtons Crystal palace if you want to sell a house in West Norwood (and probably surrounding areas too)

I couldn't be more thankful to Foxtons Crystal Palace. I have recently sold a few properties with the team and I found them extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. What's more they sold my properties for far more than what any other estate agent valued them - this, in my opinion, justifies their fees and made a stressful situation less stressful. I am absolutely delighted with the service provided by Alice Thompson and Shanola Williams at Foxtons Crystal Palace Sales. They have been an amazing team working on the sale of my flat. They said they would update me weekly and did every week without fail and at the same time. They heard my concerns and came up with workable suggestions and solutions to manage them. My flat was tenanted and they gave me feedback on how the flat was being kept and cared for and shared any concerns they had with me and gave me suggestions of what could be done. They went above and beyond what I would have expected. Both Shanola and Alice have always been incredibly professional to deal with. I have never dealt with such a reliable and on the case team. Bowled over. So impressed. Thank you for an outstanding service.

I just wanted to say how impressed I've been with Nick Stops and his sales team, during the marketing and subsequent offer for my 2 bed flat in Anerley, SE20. From the initial property appraisal to the weekly feedback calls following viewings, Foxtons have been efficient, professional keeping me regularly up to date with progress......it's a simple process but there are a number of local agents lacking these basic skills!! I am delighted that the flat is now under offer, just shy of the asking price, with a buyer keen to complete by the end of this month. I would have no hesitation in recommending Foxtons, Crystal Palace to my friends and family. Keep up the good work guys!

I would very much struggle to recommend this particular branch of Foxtons. We ignored others advice by going with them, and we very much regret our decision. Ultimately it felt like they wasted our time. They gave an inflated valuation and tried to knock 50K off the asking price within the first 2 weeks of our house going on the market. Not a great start. However it was the bad service that really let them down. It was impossible to get through on the phone and the fact they never returned our calls was just plain rude. I'm not sure if its better in other branches but i would avoid this one. You can pay half the fees and get a much better service elsewhere.
