I would strongly caution anyone against using Foxtons when purchasing a property. Our experience was deeply disappointing and handled with a complete lack of professionalism, integrity and basic transparency.

GoogleWouldn't hesitate to recommend Foxtons. After trying to sell my flat for three months with another estate agent who only managed 5 viewings during that period, I decided to switch to Foxtons. I really wish I'd gone with them to begin with! Simon Darvill at Crystal Palace branch was my agent and immediately got to work organising viewings. I got dozens of people through the door and the offers soon came in. The online portal was also particularly good, allowing me to check feedback from viewings whenever I wanted and see what viewings were scheduled. Simon has been hugely helpful, incredibly patient and offered top notch service. If you're looking to sell a property, he's the man for the job!

GoogleNot impressed whatsoever to have witnessed one of your members of staff have a blatant disregard for safety, driving while on their phone... Driving while distracted by a phone increases stopping distance and the chances of a collision by 2-6x.

Tom is straight talking, highly informed and most importantly honest. His advice has always been carefully considered and with my best interest at the core. GoogleI am extremely pleased with the service provided by Justin at the Crystal Palace branch! Being new to the property search, I didn't know what to expect. However, Justin was extremely helpful in guiding me throughout the entire process, and went above and beyond to finding me a perfect property suitable to my specific needs. I have found that the staff here at Crystal Palace are extremely friendly and they are such a joy to work with! I am glad to have chosen this particular branch at Foxtons as a starting point in this process, and I am glad to have had Justin's support the entire way through.

GoogleMy experience with Foxtons team at Crystal Palace especially Kelsey Orlebar during the process of trying to sell our property has been a pleasant one. Kelsey has constantly been helpful throughout the duration of our property being on the market, always providing us with updates and answering any of our queries a well as advising myself and my family on what steps to take to ensure the property was sold at its best value. I would definitely recommend Foxtons to anyone trying to sell their property.

GoogleMy experience with Foxtons, Crystal Palace has been great. Tom Pedrotti has been so friendly, helpful and informative along the way on my very stressful house hunt. Speaking to a million and one estate agents daily gets very tiresome, but he really has been a breath of fresh air! I feel I can trust Tom to find exactly what I am looking for and I am in good hands compared to other estate agents who are salesmen/women with no care for their customers. Thank you Tom.

TrustpilotExtremely poor handling of deposit refund, lack of accountability and communication.
I moved out of my flat on 25 September 2025, and my landlord immediately approved the full return of my deposit. I provided my bank details to Foxtons on 3 October, and the online portal confirmed that the refund would be processed within 5, 7 working days.

GoogleExceptional estate agent would highly recommend. After requesting viewings in SE19, Charlie made time in his diary to suit my schedule and was most professional in showing me multiple properties! I found with another estate agent in the end but their service doesn't compare to Foxtons.

GoogleTom Pedrotti was by far the friendliest and most well informed agent we dealt with. He was understanding of our requirements and didn't waste our time on unsuitable properties. He was there from start to finish and really helped as a point of contact throughout the process. His colleague Nick Stops was very helpful throughout the negotiations process, and helped to manage expectations on both sides. We wouldn't be in our new home now without them. Thanks guys!

GoogleTom Pedrotti helped me throughout the purchase of my first flat. He was super helpful and really personable which put me at ease during a stressful time. Communication was great via phone, email and text message. His manager Alice Thomson was also on hand to help out when Tom was off, who was also easy to deal with. Was pleasantly surprised with Foxtons as they get a bad rep, but I didn't have any problems. Would recommend!

Two months after the end of a short let Foxtons still hadn't returned the deposit and failed to answer all correspondence. No issues or deductions have been suggested; they simply don't respond and I had to raise a dispute under the deposit protection scheme.

GoogleFoxtons was recommended to me by a friend and I at first thought they were too expensive. However, the agents I have dealt with have been excellent. In particular Kelsey Orlebar who goes above and beyond to keep me informed. I am not in the UK but she calls weekly to keep me up to date about how the sale of my property is progressing. She has a very friendly personality but is still very professional.
