Macfarlands estate agents should be clear about health restrictions on retirement properties on their listings. It is a waste of purchasers time to view retirement properties to then discover that they are required to share their medical history with the lease holder.

The transition from selling to buying was seamless, with both Julian & Dom keeping in contact regularly in respect of updates, news or matters that could impact the process. Not just the normal stuff, but Silvia tracked down surveyors, tree surgeons and established contact with the Council about what could and what could be done about Council and Highways land adjacent to the property, specifically regarding the height of nearby trees. Extremely helpful. Not to mention the card and the gift when I collected the keys.
