After going through nightmare hell-ish experiences with my previous letting agencies, Choices are seriously a step up!! Run by the nicest people, they got me into my flat so fast and reply quick. The refers to the SURREY OFFICE. A friend passed away, and this businesses inability to close out and return the money that is owed is an embarrassment and a disgrace. shocked and appalled how long they take to do things in what is a very difficult and stressful time. Every other business we've dealt with has been compassionate, helpful and timely in their assistance, not these cowboys.

As a Tenant I’ve been renting with choices for over 3 years nowI really didn’t have an opinion about them as I rarely hear from them but today I got a email from them saying my rent hasn’t been paid and is 7 days over due considering it was due yesterday and was paid on time, but instead of asking they accused me of being overdue which upset me, I had to prove I paid it and all I got in response was sorry for the miscommunication on the email maybe in future choices could actually ask and not accuse

Incredibly rude staff with demonstrably poor communication skills - whether that's with the landlord, tenants or third parties. They seem incapable of answering basic questions, or taking responsibility for their own failures. What should be a simple interaction, will take several e-mails and multiple phone calls - which is the most confusing thing of all, that the agency seems quite happy to waste their own time and resources, as well as the time and resources of landlords and tenants. I may change this review should their conduct change. A lot of the positive reviews appear to originate from suppliers, companies employed by Choices, or people with very strange names. I assume this is all above board, and you should read nothing into this.

I have had a couple of recent issues that arose purely from the tenant's side and Vicky Rice has been great in resolving these queries and reverting in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.
