Incredibly rude staff with demonstrably poor communication skills - whether that's with the landlord, tenants or third parties. They seem incapable of answering basic questions, or taking responsibility for their own failures. What should be a simple interaction, will take several e-mails and multiple phone calls - which is the most confusing thing of all, that the agency seems quite happy to waste their own time and resources, as well as the time and resources of landlords and tenants. I may change this review should their conduct change. A lot of the positive reviews appear to originate from suppliers, companies employed by Choices, or people with very strange names. I assume this is all above board, and you should read nothing into this.

I have been with choices for around 3 years now. Never had any issues and they have always been so helpful and understanding if i have ever come into any issues and needed help. I tend to enjoy doing any repairs myself but if there is anything i need choices has an easy to use form for non urgent repairs and a phone number for urgent repairs. Beth Gage had gotten back to me so quickly and she was very professional and polite. It has been lovely to have been renting from choices.

As a foreign student, finding accommodation in London is such a difficult and complex process. I was struggling to sift through scams and the hundreds of properties available. Tianne was amazing and helped me find a place within no time. Phoebe was a great property manager, who always responded quickly and was very helpful throughout my tenancy. GoogleTerrible service, unprofessional and lack understanding and empathy. Wouldn’t recommend using their services. Landlords, renters and buyers I’d suggest you go else where as there are plenty estate agents that are trained and have an understanding of their role and responsibilities with the end goal of putting the customers first.

I am staying in an apartment managed by Choices as a tenant for the last 1 year and 2 months with my family. The people whom I used to interact within Choices for the repairs never used to respond back on time for providing updates. But I am interacting with Rachel Nichols for the last couple of months and she has been incredible. She provides me updates on time and gets all the repair work done for me quickly. She is trustworthy and reliable all the time. Her manager Louise has got the best person in her team.

HELLO. I am the landlord in question for the below review. First I would like to say Choices couldn't be more helpful. They have fallen over backwards to help me.The comments made above have no truth. I didn't arrive two hours early. I did arrive a little earlier than planned due to having been at a medical appointment and having no idea how long that would take, I had allowed more time than I needed. I had not realised that I was being held to the minute, or, even on the cold day that it was, I would have sat outside in the car. I had no idea this tenant was holding me to twenty minutes, which is all it was. I DID NOT DEMAND an inspection. I merely brought someone round who would fix the back fence which she had reported was broken. My husband was with me, as he co-owns the property. I certainly was not rude, and have no intention of answering the other very very hurtful accusation. I hold nothing personal against this tenant. I wish her well. Thank you Choices, Chloe my property manager is brilliant, helpful and excellent at her job. I also talk to Sam and Vikki sometimes and they too are always very helpful.

To be fair Choices are probably no worse than the rest of the private renting sector.The flat was small but ok inside,however,there was noise from other flats that robbed me of sleep on a regular basis(see my previous report) and despite my complaints the issue was never resolved.All of this for a grand a month to line the pockets of some faceless landlord.Luckily I have found alternative accommodation which is a lot cheaper.I feel really sorry for people who have no choice but to rent,all your money is spent on rent while the landlords bask in the sun on a tropical island somewhere.One day I hope that poor people will be treated fairly but probably never by Choices and their ilk.Also make sure you clean the place until it is spotless when you leave or you won’t get your deposit back.
