The people who work for Jackson and Co were all very pleasant and proactive. We appreciated that they always answered phone calls/ emails and kept us updated with progress. Small things but not a given in our experience.
Fingers crossed we never have to move again (just because the process in general is so arduous and bureaucratic). However if we did we would use Jackson and Co again/ would recommend to others.PositiveProfessionalism

First day at new flat- Major water leak flooded the flat and below neighbour flat- promised to fix the problem, didn’t keep me informed and hung up on me ! Flat was in a state needed to be recleaned, dust, stains all over the walls !! Now moved out for a week until it is put right.... paying 700 pm !!

GoogleI had an incredibly frustrating experience with Jackson & Co. during my time renting one of their apartments. From day one, it seemed like everything in the apartment was on the verge of breaking down, and when I reported these issues, their response time was abysmal. It took them ages to even acknowledge the problems, let alone fix them.
But what's even more infuriating is the complete lack of communication and professionalism when it comes to returning my deposit. It's been two weeks of constant emailing with no response from them whatsoever. This level of disregard for their tenants' concerns and financial security is unacceptable.
I strongly advise anyone considering renting from Jackson & Co. to think twice and explore other options. Their poor maintenance and negligence towards tenant rights are absolutely intolerable.

I have only moved in for 1 month and can't believe how many issues we have had with the apartment as well as bills, and the severe lack of communication has made the whole process ten times longer. countless issues which have been left to us to solve as well as no help from the company when asked is disgraceful. GoogleI’d give them 0 stars if I should. Do NOT under any circumstances use this company. They’re attentive and lovely when looking at a property but awful if anything’s wrong. When we moved in the fridge didn’t work and we had no working shower (along with other issues). We also had a ton of used zoots left in a draw proving the flat hadn’t been cleaned leaving the whole flat smelling of smoke for over 5 days despite airing it out, cleaning etc.
We called straight away regarding fridge/shower, they said they’d get on it. Called the next day for an update and all of a sudden this issue was “brand new”. Same thing happened for a week. At this point we’re calling 2-3 times a day and still sometimes being told that this is a “new issue” and that they hadn’t heard of it.
When the fridge came we spoke to the landlord, he said he wasn’t contacted about half of the issues. Had them take money out without his knowledge. Had someone come and re do the broken blinds. Just for him to turn up a week later with a new set of blind wondering why someone had turned up and drilled into his window without his knowledge or permission installing them badly.
LANDLORDS MY LANDLORD USED THEM OUT OF CONVENIENCE AND HATED THEM FOR POOR COMMUNICATION AND LARGE CHARGES DO NOT USE THEM.
Everything about them asides from getting you into a property is unprofessional and poorly managed by a group of 20 year olds without a clue what they’re doing.

Their rudeness was evident as they abruptly ended calls without allowing me to finish my sentences Eille! RUDE person!. Do NOT trust the 5-star comments; they all appear to be fake.
After reading the comments, I am growing concerned about whether I'll be able to get back my deposit.
