GoogleI am just in the process of completing a purchase through Jackson Co property the latter stages of which have been supported by Debbie who has helped maintain communication and manage concerns as the p;rocess has progressed. She has added a personal touch that has meant I have always had someone I could turn to with questions or for advice at any stage . Her help has reached beyond the purchase itself extending to hints on how to keep things moving with issues around solitictors or the buyers of my own property, what is usual and what is not etc Overall I would have no hesitation in giving a strong recommendation for this company who not only deal with the buying and selling but genuinely offer a professional but personalized service from start to finish always doing their very best to answer and help deal with any questions or issues as they arise. GoogleI have used Jackson’s for many years both for rental management and sales. A recent sale of an apartment should have been very straightforward but, for a number of reasons, this did not prove to be the case. The sale dragged on and on but throughout it all the one person who contacted me without request, to let me know what was happening with Solicitors, Estate Agents, staff within Jackson’s and the purchasers was Debbie Mead. She was truly outstanding. I can’t thank her enough for supporting me throughout the process.

GoogleThe accounts department took 6 months rent and the deposit from the tenants. When they transferred the funds to my account, they transferred the wrong amount. I repeatedly emailed and telephoned them and spoke to people in their finance department who accepted that the wrong amount had been transferred but they never resolved the issue.

GoogleSTUDENTS BE WARNED!! We have dealt with Jackson and Co for a little over a year now and it has just be nothing but a nightmare. We moved into our flat with dirty carpets with cigarette burns and dust, dirty furniture and broken furniture. When we tried to turn our hot water on, the boiler has broken leaving us without hot water. We moved in and the bed was broken and took after two weeks to sort it out. We had a broken wardrobe which was replaced with what could only be described as a towel rack. Since late November we have had mould growing on the walls and carpet which we reported. Jackson and Co explain it was a block management issue without even inspecting. I have called and called and it was only last week, after I pushed and pushed, that someone came out and explained that they think our bathroom has leaked. We have slept in a room with mould for nearly 3 months now. The only person that I can say is helpful from the team is Hannah. Beyond sick of having to chase and chase Jackson and Co

GoogleI don't recommend this company. It was a nice start when I viewed the property. The agent was not very friendly but not too rude so I think it's fine. After I confirmed to rent this property, the agent did not make the process of handing over keys clear. I needed to move in urgently because my previous tenancy with another company has almost come to an end. I even had to book a hotel room to stay for two nights to wait for the keys just because the agent was not efficient enough. After I moved in, they had inspections to record the conditions of the furniture. Once they forgot to turn off the lights before they left and I was not sure for how long the lights were on. There are several issues in the property that need to be repaired/fixed, such as the leak in bathrooms which also causes mould on the ceiling of one of the bathrooms, not receiving any energy bills since I move in, a bump under the floor. I sent a couple of emails about these just to keep a record in case of them asking at the end of the tenancy. They seldom replied and even if they replied, they went like this issue has been passed to an agent and that is it. No more further responses or actions. If you stay with this company, it'd be better if you directly go to their office and ask for help. In that way, they must answer you in person and cannot ignore your calls or emails. If possible, please stay with another property company.
