GoogleBrilliant letting agents! As a student who'd never rented a property before, I was really worried and confused about the whole process. With these guys, they were always really nice, I could always easily contact them and get help quickly whenever I had a problem. Someone even came down to the flat once, to help me sort out my meter. I would highly recommend them.

Wow what a complete contrast dealing with this estate agent has been compared to the last. The staff did a very quick turn around from viewing to signing for the keys and it really was very painless. This company would be first on my list to use if and when the time comes to move again.

GoogleVery Very unprofessional agency...from problems with writing and spelling at the start of my journey with them to ignoring the government 30 days of return deposit time frame. if its not enough they also offer miscalculations of the amount of the deposit,ignoring landlord messages...don't deal with these people even if you are desperate....NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe company is ridiculous and disgusting. Theyβre frauds and scammers. They will constantly try to extort money from tenants at any random moment. They do not specify anything. If you donβt challenge them, expect to have 0 money left over in YOUR bank. I would rate them 0 stars if I could. Beware guys, please read all the reviews for your safety!

Sammy in maintenance is an absolute superstar always on the ball and is gets everything sorted. Would highly recommend using Jackson and co.

GoogleDo not make my mistake and stay away from those people. Absolutely the worst agency ever. Once they get the money from you, they dont care and dont bother to even return the emails. Been living in the flat with mould all over for three months and they didnt bother to even reply to my emails or meet me! STAY AWAY!!!!
