GoogleNever been treated worse by a letting agent or any company in my life. Spoken to unbelievably rudely by Jasmine. AVOID THIS AGENT AT ALL COSTS! Problems aren't seen to and emails not replied to. Horrendous way to treat clients. AVOID AVOID AVOID.NegativeProfessionalism

The Trusted AgentFull of cheats who want to take your money
I've been dealing with this company for quite a while. They've been nothing but inane and horrible to work with. They took much longer than required to hand over my apartment, and charged me insane amounts for cleaning. If you have a choice, do not deal with this company. I can guarantee that you will not be happy.

Both Lynne in accounts and Brett who handles the repairs make the checkout very easy and straightforward, while being very communicative at the same time; talking you through the process and answering any questions you may have within a few hours. I Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS. Back in 2014 I was a student that rented a property from jackson & co. they never refunded me my deposit and even entered into my rented property without permission. I was unable to pursue action because I was moving back to Malaysia.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. Unprofessional and lied about costs for cleaning and with holding deposit poor communication. Never deal with issues during tenancy. Catalogue of errors and far too many young untrained staff who clearly don't know what they are doing. Shocking company and should not be allowed to trade

GoogleQueries dealt with efficiently until it comes to requesting the deposit back. We left a month ago and still have problems receiving it back. It's taken them 4 weeks to get a cleaning bill to me (2 x hours of cleaning has come back at £180).

GoogleAbsolutely superb. We faced many challenges and all dealt with with great care and professionalism. The sale was not that straight forward to say the least. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

GoogleHorrible company. Most unprofessional people I’ve ever had to deal with. From the directors to the sales to the inspectors, they’re all extremely rude people to deal with. I would never recommend this agency to anyone. Even refused to return the deposit after the tenancy. Would rather sign a lease with the devil himself

GoogleHad multiple problems with the property that I am renting, horrendous customer support, made me feel bad for telling them about the problem and refused to fix them. AVOID AVOID, Jackson and co have a reputation for being terrible and not helping out.

GoogleIf I could put 0 stars I could. Terrible establishment with very little organization, all the signed documents from the start of the tenancy were lost with no employees able to locate them. Numerous empty promises were made, leaving me massively screwed over due to the flat's inventory. Avoid at all costs!
