GoogleAttempted to call them regarding a property for sale. Took three attempts, including leaving a message, which was never recieved and being hung-up on mid-sentence. When I finally got through to someone I was told the property was "Investment Only" despite none of the listing which the company had put up mentioning this.

GoogleHorrible horrible company. STUDENTS STAY AWAY! They tempt you with amazing houses and cheap rates but notify you 5 days before you are about to move into the house that there is an issue, and all of a sudden your £500+ deposit vanishes just like that.

GoogleI've consistently had good experiences with Jackson and Co. They are attentive and diligent. Recently they helped organise some work on properties for me and Emily did a great job working with the contractors to ensure we formed the best plan for tackling the work.

GoogleThis is the worst letting agency I ever dealt with in the last 40 years. They literally lie to you in your face. Me: "You promised me you would do this". Jackson&Co.: "Sorry! We cannot do that and we did not promise you anything". Plain liers

The Trusted AgentVery professional service
Jackson’s we’re very good at getter prospective buyers through the door. I had my house on the market with other agents and nothing was happening. They made a real difference and were supportive during the whole process.

Googledon't bother trying to contact them, only ignore and are rude, especially jasmine who prefers to talk about words used rather than the problems!! avoid unless you want faulty boilers and unsafe living conditions!

Googleworst experience and customer service i've ever encountered. I work in customer service and would never imagine speaking and treating people the way they do. Avoid at all costs, pick any other estate agent!
