GoogleJackson & Co's pre and post sales service was excellent.Once SSTC, Jacksons' Sales Progressor, Debbie, maintained contact keeping me informed of all the Buyers' questions and status throughout. Debbie's' professionalism on behalf both the Buyer and me, the Vendor, was exemplary - they are lucky to have her working there. I highly recommend their service.

GoogleHonestly one of the best letting agencies I've had over my four year experience in renting flats as a student. The fairest contract and their flats are in great condition. Letting manager Lucinda Kane, who was responsible for my flat, is amazing at her work, very professional, friendly and helped right away when it was needed. I am grateful for her professionalism, energy and co operation, I greatly recommend her.

GoogleAwful property rental company that must be AVOIDED AT ALL COST. Once they trap you with their abusive rental contract, they will only care about getting as much of your money as possible. I've never once missed payment or cause any issues but still I have had to suffer from unexpected and unfair rent increments, continuous inspections and threats about leaving you in the street.

GoogleBeen having some issues with my electric bill recently and Sunni at Jackson has been nothing but helpful and supportive throughout the whole ordeal. Even when I went in to branch to get some help doing my meter reading a member of staff happily walked with me to my property to help check. The agents are helpful at resolving issues and typically reply very promptly!

GoogleBasically if you want to stand a chance of getting even 50% of your deposit back,you're going to have to rebuild the house from scratch according to how the architect designed or go live with your parents so that they dont find any sign of life in the property. Otherwise wave goodbye to your deposit or at least 70% of it regardless if you sleep there or not.
