GoogleI cannot recommend Ocean enough! Finding accommodation in Bristol is notoriously tricky. My best friend recommended Ocean to me. The team is caring, kind and really take the time to listen to their clients. Annabel was great in taking down my details when we first met. Will handled my application and was instrumental in the process of me securing a place to live. He was so helpful and a delight to work with.

GoogleAmelia at Ocean was so helpful during our move! We’d spent two months trying to find a property and not being accepted through other letting agents due to having a cat, Amelia was always happy to answer any questions and go out of her way to help with the process when we had some trouble with referencing. I really recommend Ocean for renting property as they made the process as smooth as possible!

GoogleWe had a tough time finding a rental apartment in Bristol and met many agencies - Ocean was by far the best and most caring one. Amelia and the Clifton team were extremely understanding and helpful, you could tell that it is their mission to actually help their clients in finding the perfect tenant/apartment. The market in Bristol is very competitive and we appreciated how this agency actually cares for their clients and goes above & beyond. We are very thankful for that and would recommend a 100% the Clifton Ocean agency.

GoogleWe've worked with Ocean Lettings and Management for almost 5 years now and have no plans to go anywhere else. They are outstanding! They literally take care of everything from finding excellent referenced tenants to handling the day to day management of the property, whilst looking after everyone in the process. They walk the talk they keep you informed on the small and large matters, they use a vast array of specialists to keep properties repaired, maintained and certifications in place. They are proactive with both the tenants and owners alike. Highly recommend all the staff, across the branches, their internal handoffs are impeccable between lettings management and the actual property managers too. They truly are A+ Thank you!

GoogleOcean have been wonderful throughout the whole process of me finding a flat. The team are attentive and invested. Annabel was especially helpful at the beginning, helping me view multiple properties and being in general just super accommodating. Lily and Amelia also have been great resolving any of my queries, and are always reachable. On the whole, Ocean have been great, and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
