GoogleI've worked closely with Ocean in the process of renting my apartment. I have found that the team is quite a delight to work with and they have made the process very smooth and easy. The apartment I rented was one sent by Ocean to myself, after I had visited their office and registered my information. They continuously sent suitable properties for rent, which made me realise they really do care about their clients and the time and pressure they are under to find an apartment to live in. I had the pleasure of meeting Annabel, Alun and Amelia as well as the other members of the team who were all a great help in the process of renting my apartment. Annabel was at the viewing of the apartment and she graciously answered all of our questions and was also very helpful on our move-in day. I am very grateful for her guidance. I have recommend Ocean to my friend who is looking for apartments to rent and I would recommend it to anyone who comes across this review. The most speedy, efficient and enjoyable real estate services, in my opinion.

GoogleInitially was weary about going with Ocean. Several years ago when looking to move I had heard only negative experiences with them. However, honestly the entire process has been nothing but pleasant and smooth sailing. William has been a great help with absolutely everything and has stopped any stresses I had about the move. I couldn't ask for a better experience and would definitely recomend anyone looking to move to look with Ocean.

GoogleI am extremely disappointed with this rental agency. They have shown a complete lack of responsibility. Our rented property had a malfunctioning water heater in the freezing winter, and they have done nothing to address it. Their response was simply to wait, and one week passed, no any response on our issue, which has now resulted in my boyfriend falling ill due to the cold showers. This is the worst letting company！Don’t come! Don’t come to this awful company!

Thank you for your feedback. Please be assured Ocean Property Management is equally disappointed with the property issues and inconvenience caused to yourselves. Every effort has been made to expedite the situation, we regret this was not sufficiently communicated to you in real-time. The boiler issues were compounded by the landlord’s choice of using an insurance company to resolve matters. We are of course very pleased the boiler is now working sufficiently well. We understand quotes for a replacement are currently being reviewed. The property management team will continue to liaise with the Landlord and monitor the situation. We will of course update you personally once decisions have been made regarding a replacement boiler for the property by the landlord. Ocean Lettings and Management

GoogleA very professional, patient and attentive team. Will Jenkin has been extremely helpful with the viewings and application. However, the credit background check process was the most complicated one I ever had, and I had moved many times. Also, the different team is dealing with moving in and reporting, they are not as helpful as we expected.

GoogleI just agreed rental of my apartment using this estate agency. I currently live in Russia and everything was over email and phone calls. I previously lived in USA so I do have experience in renting apartments overseas and online. Ocean estate agents are all very helpful and kind. My agent is Lily and I have no words to describe how helpful and most important kind she is. I'm under tremendous stress of moving from one country to another and helpful agent is really important. Lily is responsive and got back to me with reply to any question very fast. All recommendations.

GoogleMyself and my partner Tom have had a brilliant experience with Ocean estate agents. Will Jenkins showed me around the flat, was able to answer all my questions, and we are very happy with our experience of applying to rent the property. Will has been easy to contact via email and phone, is very professional and friendly, and has helped us resolve a few initial problems with our application. Will has provided regular email and phone updates with our tenancy application for which we have been very grateful. Communication with other members of staff at the Clifton office has been great and overall we would highly recommend renting with Ocean.

GoogleI'd been in contact with many other agents in Bristol since I was looking for a place to rent, but so far Ocean Clifton has given me the best experience, and this is coming out from a person who is not familiar with anything at all in the UK including house hunting process, and I have to thank William Jenkins for that. He has been very professional and patient with me since I had a problem with my phone signal during working hours so it's been difficult for us to get in touch via mobile, but William tried really hard to reach me either by email or text message during the process. And this gave me some kind of assurance that I was not left behind, and that the property I was interested in was still booked for me. Also, Ocean Clifton office is pretty easy to reach...I called and they always picked up (I'm saying this based on my experience of trying to get in touch with other companies). The staff at the office sounds very happy when I spoke to them. The tenancy process is handled in a very professional way, for example they always provide some sort of documents such as email confirmation which I really like because it makes my life easier especially during the period of flat hunting when I would have many other (house) options to keep track on. They created an online account for a tenant where I can upload the documents needed for the process. So, to sum up William has helped me a lot in taking away the stress during the flat hunting period. Thank you for that :) and yessss, I would strongly recommend Ocean Clifton to anyone who needs help with estate related matters especially people who are new Bristol like myself.
