GoogleThe sale of my flat went through around a fortnight ago and was done through ocean estate agency. The flat sale itself was delayed but this was out of oceans control and they were clearly very hard working in trying to resolve this. I found ocean staff to be very helpful and professional. I found the move on team and mortgage advisors team particularly helpful. I would be happy in recommending ocean for a friend to use or to use them again in future.

GoogleWe were extremely impressed with the complete Ocean Clifton team. All members were highly motivated and determined to deliver for us. Communication and feedback throughout the process was superb, both verbal and by email. Of particular note were Matt (Valuer), Ollie (Viewings) and Nicola (Move Manager) who worked tirelessly to achieve the required outcome. If you wish to sell your property you couldn't deal with a more professional team. Well done all and a huge thank you from us, you're the Best!

GoogleI am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Ocean Homes. From the outset, my attempts to contact them have been met with silence, demonstrating a shocking level of unprofessionalism. Upon moving into the property, we discovered that the toilet was left unfixed. It leaked, creating an unbearable smell that permeated our landing carpet. Despite multiple requests for assistance, the negligence has continued, leaving us feeling completely disregarded. I would strongly advise potential tenants to reconsider their choice in management, as Ocean Homes has shown a lack of accountability and responsiveness to serious issues.

GoogleLike most, we regularly have the best intentions to do reviews and then don’t get around to doing them! However we made sure not to forget this one as the service was fantastic from start to finish. We really enjoyed our viewings with Jess Bulgin (who we believe is now with the Downend branch of Ocean) as she was so friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. Her communication was exceptional and always delivered in a refreshing non pushy, natural way. The remainder of our experience with Ocean was equally as pleasant, we were looked after by Move Manager Nicola Lloyd. Moving house can be such a stressful time often filled with intimidating legal jargon and uncertainty. Therefore it was so refreshing and reassuring to have personable warm conversations with Nicola. The icing on the cake was realising on the day of completion that we had actually gone to school together 20+ years ago, but hadn’t realised due to our different surnames! Another really lovely touch and a contrast to the estate agents we sold our property with, was to receive a Boxlocal gift upon key collection. Whilst we currently never want to move again (!) we would throughly recommend Ocean Clifton to anyone who is looking to or buying a property with them. Thank you!

GoogleSuperb service provided by Ocean Lettings and Management . Recently moved to the UK and Ocean Lettings and particularly senior Lettings negotiator Amelia made the entire process easy . Great customer service from organising viewing of properties right through to finalising tenancy . Could not recommend Ocean and in particular Amelia more highly .

GoogleWe've used Ocean to find our tenants for several years now and they've always done an excellent job. Alun and the team are very professional and personable to work with. They always find good-quality tenants, take care of all the paperwork and are extremely helpful when it comes to organising safety certificates, etc. They offer great customer service and I won't hesitate to use them again in future.
