GoogleOverall were good to begin with when moving in. However as soon a issue occured the timelines for a solve can be weeks, if not months for relatively simple tasks. Additionally when raising a complaint they tend to ignore it leading to further delays. This is due to the fact that maintenance is handled by a separate team with lower standards.

GoogleVery easy experience, rang about a property and submitted an application, and everyone was very easy to talk to over the phone. Was rang to be told applications were being considered, and again when offered the flat, which I very much appreciated as many agencies have been unresponsive and difficult to get in contact with. William Jenkins was wonderful to speak to and got our forms and questions sorted ASAP.

GoogleWe had the great pleasure of purchasing our first home nearly 8 years ago with Ocean Clifton. We shopped around for quotes and get a feel for other Agents' service before deciding to list our home with Ocean recently (other Agents just didn't compare to Andrew Beazer's approach, honesty and efficiency). Needless to say, without doubt, we made the right decision to go back to Ocean. Liaising throughout, swift viewings arranged, communication throughout by all the team especially Neil, Adam and Kristie, was fantastic. We hope we won't be moving again, but should we need to it will definitely be with Ocean. Thanks all! Anita & Andrew.
