About Ocean Clifton
We’ve been selling all kinds of homes in Bristol for over 30 years. So we know every street, road, drive, lane, terrace, avenue & alley-way in this wonderful city (& beyond). The home advantage We know which neighbourhoods (or individual streets) have a buzz about them. We may even know your house or flat - it's quite possible we've sold it before. And that definitely gives us an edge in helping find the right buyer. We're not happy unless you are very happy Simple to say, but much harder to put into practise. That's why, over the years, we've honed and fine-tuned a really systematic approach to helping our brilliant teams do the best possible job for very client. Just one example: our brilliant Move managers. People with staying power It’s important we produce some lovely marketing materials and get your property on-line, in fact it’s essential. But equally essential is the team of people working for you. They are, quite honestly, incredibly enthusiastic, hard working and, well nice. We look after them well. And we spend a lot of time training & developing them (that’s why we were one of the first in our industry to be awarded the Investor in People award). So right across the business you’ll meet brilliant people who may have been with Ocean for 15 years or more. All that experience…. working for you

GoogleWe viewed a property to buy with the Ocean Whiteladies road team. We have received good and prompt communication throughout the whole process. We would like to say a huge thank you to Laura for all her communication and efforts, even during lock down! - she really helped to reassure us and kept us in the loop throughout - as first time buyers it was much appreciated! Thanks for all your time.

GoogleThank you very much to Amelia from Ocean Clifton for helping me to secure my new home after I was kicked out from my previous one under Notice 21. Amelia made everything very swiftly and much less stressful when it normally is.

GoogleThis is my first experience with Ocean Estate Agents. From the first moment we have been given a good quality treatment / service. Special thanks to Lily, who has been in charge of our rental process. She has been very professional during every step. My girlfriend and I are really happy with her work. I hope other letting agencies were giving the same service to their clients. Thank you very much.

GoogleOcean where extremely helpful through the entire process, I would highly recommend them. They helped me find a property right through to letting it out to a tenant in a professional, efficient manner. GoogleWe recently bought our first house so were a little inexperienced - luckily for us we picked Luigi at Ocean to arrange our mortgage. Both he and his team have been fantastic. Luigi is very quick to respond to emails and jumps on tasks almost instantly (even if he's supposed to be on holiday!). Our first house purchase was fraught with difficulties (none of which were caused by Ocean Mortgages!). Luigi was patient and worked really hard to get things done as soon as he possibly could to help speed along our purchase. We really appreciated his help and recommend him to anyone we talk to.

GoogleWe have just rented a property with ocean. The customer service received has been excellent, they have shown us the property with patience, even twice and have inspired us confidence immediately. The whole process is being fast and professional. The agency staff and especially Annabel has been extremely polite and friendly. I totally recommend this agency. I have had experiences with other letting agencies that are not nearly as professional as ocean.
