GoogleWe have found a flat to rent through Ocean. I got shown around the property by Charlotte, who was so lovely, welcoming and knowledgeable about the property. And then all the details and communications were handed over to Lily who again has been so lovely and efficient at processing our details and answering any queries we've had.

Quick, easy and effortless for me, which is what you want. Laura was also exceptional in keeping me updated at all times, always two steps ahead. GoogleI had a great experience when renting a flat through Ocean estate agents. Molly Rees was so helpful and responsive during the process and made me feel at ease. I don’t live locally so having an estate agent who kept me updated with the progress was a massive help and made the move so much easier. Cannot recommend them enough!

GoogleOur experience with Ocean Clifton has been very positive. They arranged lots of viewings, provided professional advice, and found us a suitable buyer. Above all, we are grateful to our Ocean move manager, who helped to push the negotiations forward by liaising expertly with the solicitors involved. We were provided with support that showed acute awareness of the legal and financial processes. We are very grateful indeed, and throughly recommend Ocean.

GoogleMy experience with Ocean has been the worst of any experience I’ve had with leasing agencies. We’ve had a leak from the flat above for 7 months and they’ve yet to coordinate a fix. Every time I write them an email or call them they say they’ll get right on it and no progress is made. Definitely would not recommend them to other tenants.

Thank you for your feedback. We are certainly sympathetic and completely understand your frustration Nolan. The unfortunate situation is that the landlord / property owner has chosen to use his contractor to resolve this issue, contrary to our Property Management team's advice. As Beth, your personal property manager has reported, a leak had been identified in the property above, repair work completed, but the problem persists. We have been advised that the problem is still being investigated, we understand the contractor visited in the last week. Please be assured we continue to update & advice the landlord, expressing our concern and frustrations on your behalf. This is a responsibility our Property Managers willing take on. As an independent agent of near 40 years it has always been absolutely paramount that all customers receive the best possible service, not least with property management. In this instance we are however reliant on the landlord and 3rd party contractors to resolve the situation satisfactorily. We sincerely hope the matter is concluded soon and will continue to advice the landlord accordingly. Assuring you of our best intentions, Ocean.
