GoogleAmong the numerous agencies I contacted, Ocean was where I could get replies back pretty quickly, and scheduling the viewing was also easy with the confirmation texts. I was able to get enough information during viewing with the help of agent William Jenkins. He was kind and notified me with each process of renting very promptly. Thanks to Ocean, I was able to get a good house a lot quicker than expected.

GoogleAs a landlord I find them overly officious. It doesn’t feel like they’re working for me, supplying a service. I’m sure the buoyant market isn’t helping with their sense of confidence.. but after 2 experiences I would not recommend.
