GoogleCharlotte the lettings agent was extremely helpful and kind throughout the viewings and applications process. She was always more than happy to answer questions via email or phone, and made the lettings experience very smooth and easy.

GoogleFriendly but incompetent. Almost every email they sent had to be followed up with a correction email. The key thing is they mis-sold the property pretending it has features it doesn't. Don't put your future in their hands
