GoogleAs you can find there are many properties chose Ocean as their agent, which means if you are looking for somewhere to live, Ocean may give you as many options as you want- which is a good thing. We got contacted by William Jenkins (Senior Lettings Negotiator in Clifton Office) once there was a ideal property and made the deal very quickly.
However, I have to say it was my first time sign a contract which I was not satisfied with each terms and conditions and there was no bargain power or options for me to negotiate as a tenant- Ocean only offers standard contracts.
It is understandable if an agent has its own scope of work but it would be more reasonable to make everything clear for both tenants and landlord regarding what exactly service I should expect from an agent rather than rushing to make the deal and transfer whole year money in 1 week (include weekend).

GoogleVery happy with the service from start to end. Ocean (Whiteladies Rd, Clifton) let out my small flat within days , getting the market rental that that I was first quoted and with flexible service options. Made the whole process of finding and vetting my new tenant effortless - having done all this in the past myself I am now converted to getting in the professionals. With all the new hoops landlords now need to jump through I feel I am on top of the property with a 'safe' tenant installed in my investment. Highly recommended.

GoogleGenuinely one of the worst estate agents I've had the mispleasure of letting from. Hidden costs at every turn, consistent incompetence and no communication (unless it's in their interest, then they're incredibly efficient). I've let from a lot of estate agents and it's a shame these guys are a prime example of the stereotype people try to avoid in the renting process. If I were you I'd look elsewhere.

We have looked through our tenancy records and note that you were charged for re-marketing costs as you requested to terminate the tenancy agreement early.
As per the conditions of the tenancy agreement you are liable for the costs that the landlord would have incurred to facilitate your request.
