GoogleI would strongly recommend these guys. I just had a really complex purchase and sale arranged by them and they were excellent. Matthew Redmond is the stand out guy there and I could not recommend him more. I would definitely use them again.

GoogleHaving left student housing a little late in the year due to COVID related uncertainties, we are incredibly grateful to Molly for really prioritising our worries and pushing us in the right direction to get things sorted as soon as possible. We had our sights set on a house and she did all she could to ensure we were able to secure the property: this involved keeping us in loop with updates, answering phone calls and emails very quickly, organising a very swift house viewing and being friendly, honest and open with our options and the appropriate steps involved once securing the letting. After having a very stressful time in relation to housing, ocean lettings was a breath of fresh air! Please pass on our thanks, and to Molly massive thank you especially!

They've done an amazing job and asked the right questions to find out my needs in regards to what kind of property I was looking for along with my preferences (i.e. parking, location, etc.). They then communicated with me throughout my search, both of which were extensively searching into their portfolio and keeping me updated when the right property came about. Highly recommend Ocean Estate Agents and wish more people in the trade of lettings can be more like this fantastic duo. Thanks again girls and wish you the all the best!

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish. Dallas from Ocean helped us find our perfect home. We explained what we were looking for and our price range whilst on a viewing. The following morning Dallas excitedly called with news of what he thought was a perfect property based on our description of our needs. It turned out it was and we put an offer in straight away. Throughout the move process Mel our move manager has been excellent; chasing up solicitors and advising us of potential surveyors whenever we needed support. Her help ensured that the house sale was complete was before the change in stamp duty and for this we are very grateful. I could not recommend Ocean more. From start to finish the colleagues at Ocean were helpful, proactive and always offered fantastic customer service. Everything you would want from an estate agent.

GoogleUnfortunately, we've had a couple of very bad customer service experiences with this Ocean branch. On the 4th of September we had our viewing cancelled 15 minutes before it was meant to take place, Claire Ham called and said she wasn't able to make the morning booking and cancelled it. Another more recent poor experience was on the 30th of October, I sent an email requesting for a viewing only for the email to be ignored by Iona McCabe. After sending an email chasing for an update, and after calling the office, I find out the property has already gone off the market. I'm always a very positive person, if you look at my past reviews, most of them are 4 or 5 out of 5 stars, but these experiences have really left a sour taste. I really hope ocean can improve their customer service.

GoogleJoke of a company. No one ever answers the phone. They avoid answering any of the issues you have over email and promise to "get on top of it" but do nothing until you email them again. Rinse and repeat. A number of serious problems have not been fixed in 6 months. Broken glass on the stairs when we moved in. Damp, broken fireplace panel, broken curtains. Took 3 months and over 60 emails for them to finally cave in and fix a few cracked tiles. AVOID.
