GoogleIn addition to the great selection of quality properties provided by this agency, our agent Amelia West also managed to turn around paperwork and updates in a timely manner and help to secure our desired property efficiently. She is also very experienced and knowledgeable about the properties. As this is my first time renting flat in UK, I am quite impressed by the level of automation that was deployed in the overall renting process. Overall it’s a good experience.

The whole team went above and beyond to ensure that it was well marketed, that the offers were well managed, and that the process was proactively progressed through to exchange and completion. I bought the property through Ocean in 2001, and now have gone full circle with them, with total satisfaction.

GoogleI have had a wonderful experience with Molly Rees. I had reached out to see a property that looked to be exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, someone placed an offer on same day, so I wasn't able to even view it. However, Molly reached back out with another similar property. When that one wasn't quite what I was looking for, she listened carefully to my feedback and then the next day offered to show me yet another place that has turned out to be the one we want! I really appreciated her responsiveness and her consideration. She was very helpful and always quick to respond both via phone and email. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!

Lily Butler, who showed us the flat, was lovely and gave us some great advice about the area and also allayed any qualms we had about aspects of the accommodation that we were unsure about.
