GoogleI have rented out my flat with Ocean for some years now. I always had really nice tenants and a friendly and professional service from Ocean. Even during COVID-19 Lockdown, when my flat was empty for some weeks because of no viewings possible, they were really helpful within the safety rules, did a video tour and I was able to re-let my flat really quickly. They take finding good tenants extremely serious and I am impressed by the thorough checks they conduct. Both tenants and also management and lettings have been nothing but superb. Highly recommended!

GoogleWe exchanged contracts on our sale last week and my wife and I are indebted to Ocean Estate Agents for a very professional and timely job well done. We had a sensible valuation, excellent photos, lots of viewings and an offer at the full asking price from a credible buyer within a month of going to market. From start to finish, including the work by Ocean’s own solicitors, it took just 15 weeks (and some very hard work on the part of the Ocean team). In our absence, they even watered the pot plant! What more could a seller want? Perfect, just perfect.

GoogleI have had a wonderful experience with Molly Rees. I had reached out to see a property that looked to be exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, someone placed an offer on same day, so I wasn't able to even view it. However, Molly reached back out with another similar property. When that one wasn't quite what I was looking for, she listened carefully to my feedback and then the next day offered to show me yet another place that has turned out to be the one we want! I really appreciated her responsiveness and her consideration. She was very helpful and always quick to respond both via phone and email. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!
