Ocean were super helpful in offering Saturday viewings and giving me a fighting chance of finding somewhere before the start of my new job. I found the staff really wonderful to deal with. They were personable and professional, clear communicators (both in person and via e-mail), sympathetic and fair. Thank you for making it possible and for taking the stress out of the search :D

GoogleFrom the get go, Ocean stood out from the pack as a high quality, super friendly, cost effective option. Having worked through Ocean to purchase my flat 9 years ago, it was an obvious choice for me to return to the agency to manage its letting as I prepared to move overseas. The service was brilliant. As a first time renter, my agent was able to walk me through the options to find the right set up for me as a landlord, before introducing me to the perfect tenant. It was fast, affordable, and all delivered via a personal relationship with someone who was always on the end of the phone or e mail. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

GooglePoor service from day 1. Failed to honor our terms of the rental agreement. Took 4 months to get the landlord to get a working boiler in the height of winter. Never met a group of people more incompetent at their jobs.

Thank you for your feedback, we are of course very disappointed you had a poor experience. Please be assured the delays you experienced are far from the usual high standards experienced by our tenants. As Bristol's largest independent estate agency we are very proud of the high service ranking both here on Google and Trust Pilot. We are sincerely sorry that the boiler issue took an unacceptable time to resolve. In this instance, we, unfortunately, had to liaise with the contractor, the manufacturer (as some items that were linked to the fault were under warranty) and the Landlord. A lengthy investigation ultimately meant a brand new boiler had to be installed. Whilst we did attempt to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, in hindsight your property manager should have made greater attempts to expedite the situation directly via the Landlord. Once again please accept our sincere apologies. Regards Ocean.
