We’ve been selling all kinds of homes in Bristol for over 30 years. So we know every street, road, drive, lane, terrace, avenue & alley-way in this wonderful city (& beyond). The home advantage We know which neighbourhoods (or individual streets) have a buzz about them. We may even know your house or flat - it's quite possible we've sold it before. And that definitely gives us an edge in helping find the right buyer. We're not happy unless you are very happy Simple to say, but much harder to put into practise. That's why, over the years, we've honed and fine-tuned a really systematic approach to helping our brilliant teams do the best possible job for very client. Just one example: our brilliant Move managers. People with staying power It’s important we produce some lovely marketing materials and get your property on-line, in fact it’s essential. But equally essential is the team of people working for you. They are, quite honestly, incredibly enthusiastic, hard working and, well nice. We look after them well. And we spend a lot of time training & developing them (that’s why we were one of the first in our industry to be awarded the Investor in People award). So right across the business you’ll meet brilliant people who may have been with Ocean for 15 years or more. All that experience…. working for you

GoogleMr. Jenkins and the rest of Ocean Homes did a great job helping me and my friend move into our new apartment. Pros: Swift help in getting our move sorted. Good communication and fast response times. Cons: Some of their instructions are rather vague and multiple steps in the process seemed to send duplicate information.

GoogleI was looking for advice on adding value to my current property and Mark from Ocean popped over to give me a quick and free consultation. It was incredibly useful and gave me loads of great ideas! He also brought over similar properties in the area that they had sold to give me an idea of what value could be added to my flat. He was friendly and professional. I definitely recommend Ocean!

GoogleVery quick to respond and generally helpful staff; this estate agent was the quickest and seemingly eager to get back to me regarding my enquiries. Lily Butler, one of my main points of contact during my move, helped to start this process quickly and ensure it stayed smooth throughout. All in all: very smooth experience and I appreciated the additional help in being directed towards utility services.
