GoogleI rented a flat from the Whiteladies Road branch. Amelia did the viewing, and was always available to answer various questions afterwards. Minor issues during the viewing were sorted before moving. Annabel dealt with the admin issues. The whole process was smooth and I would recommend Ocean for lettings.

GoogleEveryone at Ocean were very helpful and professional. They struck a great balance between being proactive and pushy, resulting in me not feeling pressured yet at the same time not forgotten. This was particularly in the context of selling my property. When it came to helping me with finding a new place, they only ever alerted me to relevant properties, demonstrating that they genuinely listened to what I was looking for.

GoogleI have just completed the sale of my flat in Clifton. We were struggling with viewings with a previous agent, but since switching to Ocean, Nick worked tirelessly to find me the right buyer. His communication was great and managed to secure me a buyer within a tight deadline (due to my chain). I would happily ask Nick to sell any future property.

GoogleThe staff don't care too much about the client, and my landlord feel the same. Very disappointed. It seem that only want to receive their commission and then do not care so much for nothing.
