GoogleI had a very good experience with Ocean Estate Agents. I walked in, spoke with very friendly agent named William, he showed two properties meeting my needs and requirements, viewings next day, and voila in a week's time after referencing I have a flat. Excellent job!

GoogleExcellent Agents. Very smooth process, took the stress out of everything. The team were all very friendly and they amazingly managed to find some tenants within 24 hours. Good check check in/ check out service for the tenants and landlord alike. They were also able to advise on other aspect of renting out my flat. Would highly recommend for both landlords and tenants.

GoogleWe sold our flat through them and couldn't recommend them more highly. Most of the regular stuff was good but unnotable but their move team in particular was invaluable when the legal side of the sale got sticky and slow - they were always poking and prodding both sides' solicitors to push it through and this sale probably wouldn't have happened without them.

GoogleI would highly recommend the Ocean. I bought my flat with them 6 years ago and they were extremely helpful and made the process very easy. So when it came to sale of the property they were the obvious choice. They have not let me down! Again very professional from start to finish. I don't think anyone could have done more, top agents.
