GoogleHaving initially called up about a property that was let to other tenants Annabel recommended I had a look at another property which ended up being perfect for us and she was very responsive and professional throughout the process. The referencing process however is incredibly intrusive, the most intrusive myself and my guarantor have had to complete before, requiring access to bank accounts, excessive questions about employment and phone calls having to be made to my guarantors Director. Will not be doing this again.

GoogleI recently used Ocean Lettings on Whiteladies Road to market/let one of my rental properties (not full management service) and was very impressed with the service I received. I manage my own properties but in terms of letting them, I've used various agents over the years and I found Ocean to be the best agents I've used so far. Their general approach, communication and customer service throughout the process was excellent and I'm very happy with my new tenant. I would have given 5 stars if it hadn't been for a few mis-communications at one stage, but I think that was only because of the various pressures they're under as a result of Covid. Overall, however, I was extremely happy and would totally recommend them for marketing/letting any property. I'll definitely be using them again.

GoogleI give Lily at Ocean 5 stars. She has been very helpful and always responds to emails and calls in a timely manner. Once Lily handed over to the Move In team, it got slightly complicated because Ocean Lettings use various external companies for referencing and inventories, but Lily helped navigated us through the process and liaised with all teams to ensure we got to move in to the flat on time.

GoogleI called Ocean estate agents one morning to express my desire to secure a flat available to let. Annabel (lettings negociator) was very responsive, professional, friendly and was quick to translate my needs into outcomes. In 6h, we'd secured our property. I have high expectations of in-tenancy communication. UPDATE: I am yet to move in but throughout my contact with Oceans since securing the property, they have been unresponsive in answering queries and when the other tenant and I had been unresponsive for a couple of days for personal reasons we were threatened by the re-listing of our secured property on the market. However they were quick to acknowledge this and worked to successfully resolve this conflict.
