We recently had a bad experience with Ocean. We nearly purchased a flat in Redland and after having a survey decided not to proceed. About a month later we made a viewings appointment with them to view a flat that we thought would be the best for us.
The first viewing was cancelled due to an "emergency then we insisted on another appointment and after driving from Oxford to Bristol just for this viewing, we got a last minute call saying that there had been another"emergency" By that time we were already in Bristol. Now we've just had another viewing cancelled of a new build project in Southville. We don't believe any of this is just coincidence. If this company is working with buyers then we haven't made their A list!
