GoogleInitially was weary about going with Ocean. Several years ago when looking to move I had heard only negative experiences with them. However, honestly the entire process has been nothing but pleasant and smooth sailing. William has been a great help with absolutely everything and has stopped any stresses I had about the move. I couldn't ask for a better experience and would definitely recomend anyone looking to move to look with Ocean.

GoogleI am extremely disappointed with this rental agency. They have shown a complete lack of responsibility. Our rented property had a malfunctioning water heater in the freezing winter, and they have done nothing to address it. Their response was simply to wait, and one week passed, no any response on our issue, which has now resulted in my boyfriend falling ill due to the cold showers. This is the worst letting company！Don’t come! Don’t come to this awful company!

Thank you for your feedback. Please be assured Ocean Property Management is equally disappointed with the property issues and inconvenience caused to yourselves. Every effort has been made to expedite the situation, we regret this was not sufficiently communicated to you in real-time. The boiler issues were compounded by the landlord’s choice of using an insurance company to resolve matters. We are of course very pleased the boiler is now working sufficiently well. We understand quotes for a replacement are currently being reviewed. The property management team will continue to liaise with the Landlord and monitor the situation. We will of course update you personally once decisions have been made regarding a replacement boiler for the property by the landlord. Ocean Lettings and Management

GoogleA very professional, patient and attentive team. Will Jenkin has been extremely helpful with the viewings and application. However, the credit background check process was the most complicated one I ever had, and I had moved many times. Also, the different team is dealing with moving in and reporting, they are not as helpful as we expected.

GoogleI just agreed rental of my apartment using this estate agency. I currently live in Russia and everything was over email and phone calls. I previously lived in USA so I do have experience in renting apartments overseas and online. Ocean estate agents are all very helpful and kind. My agent is Lily and I have no words to describe how helpful and most important kind she is. I'm under tremendous stress of moving from one country to another and helpful agent is really important. Lily is responsive and got back to me with reply to any question very fast. All recommendations.

GoogleMyself and my partner Tom have had a brilliant experience with Ocean estate agents. Will Jenkins showed me around the flat, was able to answer all my questions, and we are very happy with our experience of applying to rent the property. Will has been easy to contact via email and phone, is very professional and friendly, and has helped us resolve a few initial problems with our application. Will has provided regular email and phone updates with our tenancy application for which we have been very grateful. Communication with other members of staff at the Clifton office has been great and overall we would highly recommend renting with Ocean.

GoogleHad a mixed but overall positive experience with Ocean. Once James Hogg took over my case for my property purchase it was seamless and it all became a lot more informative and engaged - before that I thought it was quite poor to be honest. Would recommend them for a property purchase based on the experience in the later stages with James.

GoogleThe sale of my flat went through around a fortnight ago and was done through ocean estate agency. The flat sale itself was delayed but this was out of oceans control and they were clearly very hard working in trying to resolve this. I found ocean staff to be very helpful and professional. I found the move on team and mortgage advisors team particularly helpful. I would be happy in recommending ocean for a friend to use or to use them again in future.

Communication and feedback throughout the process was superb, both verbal and by email. Of particular note were Matt (Valuer), Ollie (Viewings) and Nicola (Move Manager) who worked tirelessly to achieve the required outcome.
