GoogleAs a buyer these guys were on the ball from start to finish on a complicated sale these guys helped all the way and when issues raised when completion took place they paid to have the house professionally cleared could not have asked for better

GoogleSeriously lacking in the business ethics/morals department. I went through their process and my offer was accepted on a property, I paid my deposit to secure it. They later accepted a higher offer. I won't be dealing with them again, and from a buyer's perspective, I would recommend steering clear.

Hi Paul - sorry about your experience but our job is to get the very best price for the seller. We are crystal clear in our Online Bidding T&C's that in the 24-48 hour qualifying period that should a higher offer be received we are obliged to put it to the seller. Please see Clause 4 in our TC&s: http://national-residential.co.uk/downloads/National-Residential_ONLINE_BIDDING_TERMS_AND_CONDITIONS.pdf. In your case, we received a higher offer the very same day as you paid your deposit. We contacted you and gave you the opportunity to increase your offer but you declined. When you registered to bid on the 19th September you agreed to these T&C's

Wow. A real estate agency that actually cares and tries to push transactions through whilst taking care of everyone's interests- (do agents like this still exist!?)They contacted me practically everyday trying push te transaction through.. my purchase went on for 6 months because of an incredibly undecided seller with daily mood swings. Despite this they didnt give up and supported whoever was being fair. Also their method of selling is really clever... list the price of the modern auction at a low price.... do block viewings for all interested parties and let those the saw the property bid online. Guranteed to basically get you a sale at the most realistic price. What a fantastic service and dedicated team of experts. Nothing was too much trouble, they were polite/helpful and trust worthy. They marketing/sold and our property completed in less than 28 days. I had the greatest experience. My sisters house was on sale for 13month when I introduced mine With National Residential who sold it with I the time frame agreed. I did tell my sister about them also she refused. Her house sold sold for what NR offered and in less time. Anyway going back to mine. It was all organised by NR.. who managed my tenants. Agents and 3rd parties. Every thin was done with me doing minimum. I would recommend National Residential to all my friends and Family. I got what I was expecting on price. Awful - arranged a viewing, got automated texts to remind me that the agent would meet me inside. Fine to be automated if they were true. I turned up and there was no agent. A tenant in the block let me into the building and I knocked on the flat door. Tenants inside would not open the door and said they knew nothing of the viewing. Called NR and someone answered quickly (good) and they got onto the owner to speak to the tenant. Told to try knock again in 5 mins. Tenant still wouldn't open the door. Waste of time and I was told that no agent was sent for viewing as I was the only one viewing that day and they didn't know the tenants would be difficult. Not the best way to pretend I'm a valued client.... I asked if the tenants were leaving before the sale and was told I "could get rid of them if I wanted, it's up to me". Nothing mentioned on the advert about this. Total waste of time and very unlikely that I would have trust to buy a property through these people!

I bought my house through National Residential who were helpful in getting things completed with minimal delay. I was always able to get through on the phone or via text message when I had a query. Collecting the keys on completion day was simple and straightforward.

They run there system like a auction with a end date & time with house well under priced to attract attention.The true story is that it is not infact a auction as they are constantly using different buyers bids as leverage to over inflate the price. After the end of the auction they are sending constant text messages to make people raise bids.The process is sold as auction but in fact in my opinion it is a scam! In any auction once the hammer goes down that is the end of the auction.They make you pay fees to secure the sale but infact behind the scenes they are still accepting bids Be careful ! I would stay well clear
