I was a first time buyer and not really sure what I was doing when purchasing my house but Rachel who supported me through my purchase was excellent! She always kept me up to date with when I could expect different parts of the purchase to be completed and she advised me on different things I needed to do. She answered every question I had in detail and made sure I understood every part of process. Buying a house is stressful but being informed and working with approachable people made it so much less stressful. Huge thank you!

National Residential helped me to sell a tenanted flat which I needed to dispose of for financial reasons. The team got me a fair price and achieved completion in a good space of time, relative to the circumstances. It took slightly longer to complete than I had first envisaged but I am happy with the outcome given the added complications that exist when selling an ex-local authority flat that is tenanted. I would recommend National Residential to landlords who need to sell property while tenanted. Mark, London.

I sold my 3 bedroom house with the tenant in situ through National Residential. I accepted a fixed price offer of £300k and they achieved a sale price of £310k. The sale was made in September 2022 and completion was in late January 2023. I had to provide details of the previous conveyancers for the previous sale and purchase of the property in order for the legal issues to be addressed. I had to collate and resend numerous documents relating to the property to the estate agent before completion. However, finally the sale was successfully achieved.

GoogleInteresting company that seems to offer money to have bad reviews edited or removed. Last offer was £200. My wife gave a factual review with a low rating to make people think about what they are entering into. If you want to use this company to sell your house it will cost. Their reply to her review was so long the review was hidden!
Dear Denton. National Residential prides itself in continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. We sold your property at a price agreed by yourselves at auction. If at any point you didn't want to go ahead, you were absolutely encouraged to let us know, and no customer is ever obligated to sell through us, however at no point throughout the process did we hear any message from either yourself or your wife to say you were unhappy with our service or fees, or didn't want to go ahead. All other parties, including Darren, your wife's brother, were in contact with us to say they very happy with everything we did. Despite this, and as part of our high standards of always working to ensure every customer has a great experience with us, we offered you compensation as a gesture of goodwill, however neither your wife or yourself contacted us back to discuss any concerns, or the reason behind your negative review. It is completely normal for all auctions, such as I-am-Sold, to charge similar fees to what we are charging - and these fees are not excessive. It is more expensive than the high street, but the high street agents don’t deliver anywhere near the same results. We take all feedback very seriously, however in this case we do believe it to be unreflective of the quality of our service. Having said that, we do wish you all the best going forward.
