FacebookMy wife and I have been landlords for many years. Caroline Scott has always provided us with excellent service - emails and phone calls answered quickly in a friendly but professional manner. Caroline also has an enviable rapport with local tradespeople so repairs can be effected quickly at a reasonable cost.The Frost Partnership has a very good reputation in the local area. GoogleMy wife and I found them excellent to deal with - very friendly, helpful, responsive and vast. I cannot comment on value as I have nothing to compare with but their prices did not see high and particularly considering the general speed and quality of the service. I would certainly recommend them, unhesitatingly.

Truly Awful! It is utterly disgusting the way this company treats tenants, acting like they are above the law - breaching numerous clauses in the tenancy agreement. I dread to think how other, more vulnerable tenants have suffered as a result of this company. I moved out in November 2021 and have still not received my deposit. After 3 months of ignoring my emails, Frost contacted me with false charges and deductions from my deposit. When i queried them, they would not give me an answer - so I contacted TDS and was informed I could not make a claim after 3 months of moving out... coincidence?

FacebookThe way you handled my end of tenancy has been complete nightmare. Your property managers created problems for me when there was no need due to lack of communication and finally when it all seems to going OK and was told last Friday that my deposit would be repaid, upon chasing today have been told that it hasn’t been. Will look into this and get it sorted and will take 3-5 working days for the money to repaid. No one seems that bothered about the tenant despite your claims on website etc.I wonder how long before this will be deleted?

I've lost count of the amount of times I've been promised it will be in your account tomorrow! I'm sure if the shoe was on the other foot it would be an entirely different story...
