GoogleWe have recently moved into a new rental property managed by CJ Hole, we had the most amazing communication and service from Ethan. He went out of his way to ensure we got the property and was on hand each and every day to answer questions and to help us through the process. I have lived in a few different rental properties managed by other companies, but none of them compare to the service we received from Ethan at CJ Hole.

GoogleEthan was really helpful through the process and has been a pleasure to deal with. Sadly he was let down by the appalling Homelet referencing company they use to verify tenants but that was not of his making and he did everything to try smooth the process.

GoogleI recently sold a property in Cheltenham through C J Hole with Jenni Moore dealing with the sale, she was very professional and knowledgeable with excellent attention to detail. Jenni was exceptionally good at keeping both myself the seller and the buyers informed of how the transaction was going and was very pro active in communicating with both sets of solicitors, giving them the prod they quit often need. Excellent service exceptional Estate Agent.

GoogleWebsite shows you can have a free valuation of your home. After deciding we would like to move, but needing to know how much our house is worth before really looking, i thought i would try CJ Hole for a valuation. Only to be told "we cant help you". I presume this is because they dont want to help if you dont have a house lined up or an eye on one to buy. How are you meant to know what houses to look at if you dont know the budget? After asking why, i was told "we dont really deal with that side of Cheltenham". Although our next door neighbours was sold via Cj Hole and is only 7minutes away. Will be using another estate agents to sell our house with who actually seem to want to help.

GoogleThe entire team at CJ Hole were awesome from start to finish- especially Molly Sharp. She was very friendly and an excellent point of contact. She was able to answer all my questions (of which there were a lot) and she really helped ease the process (especially since I am renting for the first time). Thanks Molly! GoogleHave just been rang approximately 3 weeks after I scheduled an advanced valuation request for the 26th October to be told albeit politely that "CJ Hole based on current demands are wishing to place their focus on houses and not flats- this is where the demand is currently at". Approx 3 weeks earlier having completed the form on their website i was rang and told that they are swamped by demand and to try elsewhere as there are no appointments over the next couple of weeks. I politely informed them that if they check their booking system they will see that i have booked for around 6 weeks time. "Oh sorry - i was told, our calendar system doesn't work so it hadn't told us what date you were interested in". I will leave others to decide whether they feel this level of service is professional or not but for me Its akin to a taxi driver at Heathrow airport deciding that your short trip fare is not worth it as they'd rather pick up a more lucrative passenger. That's fine but this is a 2-way street - perhaps others will vote with their feet, as CJ Hole clearly value some business more than others......I will cancel the accommodation i had booked and will no longer head 100+ miles out of my way to help my vulnerable mother who is in residential care since CJ Hole would rather enrich themselves with a more lucrative portfolio. ***CJ Hole has replied with "Our database of buyers is not the best fit for your property, and it is only right and proper to communicate this honestly from the outset. We wish you good luck with your mother's sale."*** Except that you didn't communicate that - perhaps you should listen to your recorded calls. You stated that your focus is now on houses not flats and at no time did you say or allude to "our database of buyers is not the best fit". Considering you haven't seen the property which is a 2 bed centrally located apartment with no onward chain you obviously care more about your reputational damage and less about acting ethically. You currently have apartments on sale for as little as £99,000 so the idea that that your appealing to a certain demographic is frankly delusions of grandeur.***NegativeProfessionalism

Molly was exceptionally professional and went above and beyond to help us complete our rental to move in as quickly as possible.
