GoogleCJ Hole are my estate agent and helped me find a place to rent. They have been helpful and friendly every step of the way. Now that I am living in my place they have been quick to answer queries and in particular Ethan has been great replying soon and if needed happy to come to the property to sort anything he can.

GoogleFrom the very start - we felt that CJ Hole would be the company to handle the sale of our house. We had shortlisted 3 ‘best known’ estate agents and had 3 presentations to listen to. From the outset CJ Hole (it was Jeremy) spoke about the property on s different level to the others. This inspired confidence that they could therefore talk to prospective buyers in a way that would excite and motivate them. Staff were shown around the house so they were aware of its features and potential. They could thenvtalk about the property ahead of any viewings. Jenni, was our daily contact and she was excellent. She always kept us up to date with viewings, the feedback received and the actions that were being suggested. We didn’t ever have to prompt for updates - Jenni just made sure they happened. Finally - no surprise that CJ Hole found a buyer and we completed this morning. Very many thanks - the whole team at CJ Hole comes highly recommended John Howell

GoogleReally can't begin to express how excellent the team at CJ Hole are. Last year I rented with them and unfortunately began having some serious issues with a tenant I was living with. It was a very unusual situation, but the team couldn't have dealt with it better. Not only did they go over and above to ensure the case was handled with incredible care, but Julie called me on a near daily basis - just to touch base and make sure I was okay. Since this was such a difficult (and strange!) time for me, the compassion and understanding I was shown made such a huge difference. I don't know how I would have managed without their support. From the start, both Orrin and Julie listened to my concerns and took everything very seriously. They worked with me to ensure everything was resolved in a way that would suit me and leave me in a good position for my future. They even helped me find future properties, but unfortunately I was unable to stay with them! A special thanks to Orrin, who helped to resolve the situation with utter care and respect, and to Julie who's compassion was truly touching. Please pass along my thanks, and I hope you have all had a lovely Christmas and New year! If ever there is any way this could be passed along to head office please do, as the team were so excellent I hope they can get the recognition they deserve. After just a handful of viewings, the flat was snapped up by a professional couple, exactly as I had hoped for. I have enormous respect for the honest and realistic approach that Justin and his team operate. My requirements have been listened to and honoured at each stage of the process and I have been delighted with the service I have received from the entire team. Thanks to Orrin for his fantastic photography and to Jessica and Jack for taking care of the legal and logistical requirements. It has been an absolute pleasure working with CJ Hole and I would highly recommend the team to anyone looking to let their property.

GoogleEstate Agents don't have the best of public images but my experience of CJ Hole as a purchaser has certainly been positive. I would single out Jackie Poncia for a special thank you. There was a long chain in my case, which made communication and coordination very tricky indeed. Jackie went to great lengths to establish and maintain contact with the various parties (who were not always as cooperative as they might have been) and to keep me informed. I would also like to thank Jenny, who is eminently efficient and inspires confidence. I will return to CJ Hole when I lease my flat after moving into my new home.

As a tenant, there’s nothing more valuable than a piece of mind knowing that should anything go wrong in the property, it’ll be sorted quickly. Jack’s communication is absolutely fantastic, he has consistently responded to all of my requests promptly and I’ve never had to chase anything up afterwards, as the issues were fixed within the matter of a day thanks to Jack’s professionalism and organisational skills! GoogleC J Hole are an excellent choice to sell your property. I must have sold through them on eight occasions now. Twice I have been tempted away to other agencies .... on both occasions I had to move the property to C J Hole to sell it! Jeremy Prosser has always been the most effective and professional agent in town; his staff are always exemplary but on this occasion a special mention must be made of Jenni Moore (cheerful and focused through an extremely complicated Sale).

GoogleExcellent. We initially had 5 valuations and after meeting with Jeremy from C J Hole, we decided to use this company. During the valuation meeting with Jeremy, he mentioned that he would ensure all his staff at the Cheltenham office would visit our property to enable them to talk confidently about the house and its features. This happened during the first week that the house was on the market. Jackie did an excellent job of showing interested couples around our home and it wasn't too long before we accepted an offer. Jenni has been outstanding in the period leading up to exchange, linking all the parties in the chain together, chasing other agents and solicitors. We had thought about using an online agent but having now completed the process, so glad we used the traditional agent and left them to negotiate the deal and complete the sale. We will be recommending C J Hole, Cheltenham to our friends and family. Thank you Jeremy and your team.

GoogleI have been both a purchaser and a vendor using C J Hole and my experience as a purchaser, made my decision to use them to sell my house, very easy. Everyone in the team was always courteous and prompt with communication. Jenni Moore was extremely efficient and worked very hard to gain multiple offers and achieve full asking price and kept on top of the sale proceedings at all times. GoogleUsually one doesn't have a good word for estate agents. This is not so with C.J Hole. The team could not have been more helpful, often going beyond the call of duty to get the sale completed. Mine was particularly complicated as it involved getting retrospective planning permission as it was a listed building. They were a great help here and I would almost certainly have lost the sale if it had not been for them. They were worth every penny of the fee.

GooglePerfect quality service from start to finish - I chose them having met 6 other agents - I made the right choice. They sold at the right price (as much as possible!) and were with me every step of what ended up being a long process. Always available for advice and always helping to move all parties forward. GoogleA big thank you to everyone at C J Hole. I had an offer within weeks of putting my house on the market. There were three buyers below in the chain, all needing finance and they chased the legals daily. My house was Grade 11 listed which raised its own problems, they also helped me resolve these problems and I was happy to say I achieved a good, fair price for my property. I would highly recommend them.

All of our viewings were accompanied and feedback quickly sought.
