I worked with Alasdair Gordon from the Chelsea branch to find my dream apartment. Alastair was incredibly helpful and showed me a property that I fell in love with and really made it happen for me to move in. Alasdair was always available to answer any questions I had, no matter what time of day and was so accommodating with my busy schedule. I was extremely impressed with the whole service right up until signing the tenancy agreement - all so efficient, swift and professional. I was actually dreading having to find a new property but JLL really made it a special experience. Thank you all!

UPDATE to my below original review: In reply to Neil’s reply, I have text and called with Megan who he put me in contact with yet she doesn’t reply. Neil, I have also texted and called you DIRECTLY and you don’t reply either, it’s beyond frustrating at this point! Over a month of trying to reach someone at JLL to no avail! I am SHOCKED that JLL is still in business to be honest, I am almost certain the previous reviews are fake and I give up with trying to contact your agency any more, DO NOT LIST YOUR PROPERTY HERE!!!! Original review left May 28th: I find it extremely difficult to believe these previous reviews are real reviews after calling for almost week now and leaving three separate messages with their “answering service” over the last 2 days and never hearing back about a property. It is beyond frustrating, especially during the stress of moving to be left in limbo time after time without any care or courtesy call by JLL. So unprofessional, i even tried selecting a different department from the automated menu when I called a few other times to get through to someone but still reached their “answering service” who are very nice but pretty useless as they can’t transfer you to anyone and just say everyone at the office is busy at this time. Well apparently everyone at the office has been busy since I originally called on Monday and it’s now Saturday, well Done on losing a potential Longterm client very quickly!

We received a great valuation of the property, a great offer price on the property and then the selling process was made very easy with lots of help from Jacqui chasing up with our solicitors. We were able to view a property and close within 3 days, the property was immediately taken off the market and we moved in within a week. Alasdair was by far the most trustworthy of estate agents I have dealt with in the past. Very easy to talk to, very efficient and extremely helpful throughout the process. I would thoroughly recommend getting in touch with the Cale St office if you're searching for a property in the Chelsea and surrounding areas.

In one of those almost unbelievable scenarios, I walked in on a whim for the first time in JLL’s Chelsea office on a Monday, was very welcome by Andrew and Lydia and by Wednesday lunchtime Lydia had produced a serious offer from a prospective tenant. Truly a record. I could not have been happier with Lydia’s professionalism, efficiency, responsiveness and positivity. Everything progressed very correctly and quickly and and the tenants moved in less than two weeks later. My overall impression of JLL Chelsea is of a growing outfit where the accessibility and friendly immediacy of a small team operates within the legal, professional and ethical framework of a much larger company. We asked Frost's to value our house in Chesham in 2015. Jacqui provided us with professional, friendly advice and gave us a realistic figure. We proceeded with the sale and can honestly say they more than achieved the guide price. We had several offers and the process was well handled by all the staff at Chesham. Pleased to say the right buyer was found and we completed our move to Devon all in the space of about 3 months. Only negative was the conveyancer recommended, who provided us with a poor service. I would definitely recommend Frost's at Chesham and would have given 5 stars but for the conveyancer.
