We went with Martin & Co after being with another poor estate agent who let us down. John was our estate agent and from the first contact we had with him he kept us updated regularly, always at the other end of the phone for any questions or advice. It really helped that the other part of the chain was also with Martin & Co too. We sold our house and moved within 2months of the house being up with Martin & Co. We have now moved and have nothing but happy and postive things to say about Martin & Co, John, Annie and his team. We have found a lovely property to rent through Martin & Co. Masum has been very helpful, quick to respond and easy to get hold of when he is not in the office as he also has a mobile to contact him on. He even researched what broadband and TV providers we could have (sometimes sky or virgin media aren't available in certain property buildings). Masum has been in regular contact with us, even though we don't move in until the 1st of October, which I believe is a nice touch (normally you hear nothing once you have committed and handed over some money). We were very quickly sent through a link to PropertyFile which I have looked at and am very impressed, no more phone calls and personal emails going back and forth. This is great as I can log everything that I need (like repairs) on there. Very happy with the service I have been provided so far. Can't wait to move. Big thanks to Masum who is a credit to Martin & Co.

Thank you to John who has sold my property. Both John and Emma were great and have been incredibly helpful. I was with another agent originally but during lockdown Martin & Co kept in contact and when I was looking to change agent they were the obvious choice. They have done a great job and I had interested buyers through the door in no time and I think in a week had an offer, which if I'd listened to Emma in the first instance would have happened a lot sooner. We live and learn! They are always happy to answer questions. I have a friend who lets properties through Martin & Co and she also could not speak more highly of the team. Would 100% recommend. He has answered our never ending questions and squashed any concerns that we have had (nothing with the estate agents or themselves of course) We have been to quite a few viewings with many estate agents after our first place fell through back in September but Martin & Co are by far the best we've used. 100 percent helpful. John the agent found my perfect property. He knew what I was needing as he had asked all the right questions. I needed affordability, spacious outside with outhouse, water ( pond), country feel, plenty of parking. John came up trumps within days. I'm not great with anything technical and john guided me through all the online process, with sending documents, scanning etc, easy for some but a big deal for me. I'm very grateful to Martin and Co for finding my dream home and making the process as smooth as possible.

Glad to have come across Martin&co when I newly came into the country and was house searching. It was horrendous but this agency gave me a place and it's been bliss and smooth with them since 2022 till now. No problems at all, always ready and happy to help. And very reachable too.
