GoogleMartins look after the renting of my Flat and i have found them first class. I especially would like to mention Robert who i have found to be very helpful friendly and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Martins to anyone who wanted to rent out their property.

GoogleHad a few issues when moving into the property which were likely down to unusual covid working arrangements, however the team at Martin and Co Chelmsford and specifically Rob have been very professional and quick to respond and address anything which arose throughout the tenancy. Would use again and would recommend to others.

GooglePoor service. They've arranged a meeting on a certain day and canceled it 1:30h before the meeting time. Given that I'm not from Chelmsford and I had to buy a train ticket, they've wasted my money. Rubbish.
We are sorry at you felt this way. We have investigated the matter and have spoken with your mother, whom the viewing was booked. It was regret that the appointment had to be cancelled at last minute which was due to the current tenant not being able to leave work as previously promised. Your Mother is aware of the situation and hopefully we have explained fully our position.
