GoogleAvoid these agents at all costs. Had the misfortune of having these guy's twice as letting agents and both times they've been nothing but useless. Emma in particular is very unprofessional. GoogleI have used Martin & Co to let and then sell my property. Are a lot more personable than some of the larger agents, especially on the Sales side. On the letting side they were very proactive especially when encountering difficulties with tenants; on the sales side they were very responsive and the marketing of the property was excellent - took a lot of the hassle away from having to chase solicitors. Martin and Co Chelmsford had been the agent for my flat for two years and dealt with everything to do with the property. My tenants moved and Martin and Co advertised the property extremely well, conducted all viewings and secured a tenant quickly. I was well supported through the process by Charlotte and informed by her or her colleagues regularly as to what was happening.
