Martin & co were absolutely amazing. After several attempts to sell and being let down by other agencies they manage to not only support me with selling,but with buying as well. They kept in touch and although I didn't buy a property through them they even helped me with the purchase and plenty of advice,even getin touch with the other parts involved as I wasn't getting straight answers. Absolutely brilliant team and Michelle G was an absolute angel,no words to describe what she'd done for us. Well done to a great team who knows to listen to what you want or need. We have been letting through Martin & Co since 2019. The process of completing the letting and moving in was very smooth indeed. Communicating with Martin & Co office is ever so cordial. The times we have had to have works done in the property, we are always kept informed of when repairs will be carried out. It has always been prompt, we have not heard any issues or reasons to lodge complaints, . I must heap some praise on Charlotte the Property Manager, she is ever so supportive. We vouch for and highly recommend Martin & Co, you will NOT be disappointed.

Faultless

We have been using Martin & Co Chelmsford for about 10 years now, and have to say that we have found them faultless. When a tenant is leaving they are on the ball straight away and we have never had a break in our letting history. Any problems are dealt with swiftly. Our latest tenant has signed for another year not least thanks to Charlotte, always helpful and cheerful.

Great service from every member of staff

I am a tenant and the general consensus is most letting agents take your money and are then never there for you. HOWEVER, Gemma and the team at Chelmsford Martin & Co have been great and I have recieved nothing but a 1st class service throughout, I would highly recomend Martin & Co to anyone looking for an letting or estate agent who is easy to deal with and totally reliable. Nothing seems to much and are propt and courteous at all times.
