GoogleI was recommended to Martin & Co Chelmsford by a friend who had a great experience working with them. Through the viewings attended they followed all the Covid procedures and made us feel safe if they were showing people around without us here. They managed to secure us above our asking price for our home which helped us achieve a purchase which previously would have been out of reach. They kept us in the loop the entire time with viewings, feedback and the progressive latter stages. I would recommend Stephen & the team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Chelmsford.

GoogleBoiler packed in, Murphys law coldest spell of the year, a very big thank you to Robert Jackson, kept us up to date at all times, never easy getting the landlord to accept quotes so quickly at this time of the year, and quite an exp[ensive excersise, so a very big thank you to Robert, and a big thank you to the Landlord, also I have to include the outstanding work by Dan and Chris from Thomson Plumming, these guys worked so hard to get this operational, was a massive upgrade from the previous Water tank and Bolier combo, to just a Bolier that does it all, guys a very big thank you, you were brilliant. kind regards Stu McKinnon
