Googlereally poor customer service, especially with calls. although specifically requested for email correspondence only since I work too, i would often get 5 calls a day… took over two weeks to come to a call out about a toilet that wouldn’t flush, and their emergency out of hours team doesn’t actually provide any support, if something happens over the weekend, you have to wait until monday. scheduled a flat viewing for new tenants while I lived at the property, to which they just didn’t show up, and didn’t bother telling me they cancelled it, I had to call myself to ask them if they were running late. really not worth the stress with such an agency.
Hi Angela, Having read the contents of your review I wanted to investigate this matter a little further. Within our historical file notes there is clear evidence of an abundance of email correspondence between yourself and our Property Managers. In terms of the issue with the toilet, at no time from the point of the issue being reported and resolved were you left without a working toilet, and when you raised a particular query about the button used to flush the toilet a contractor was sent the following day, and the issue resolved. In terms of our out of hours service, they are on hand to resolve urgent issues only, so if something is reported then this will be picked up by one of our regular Property Managers when our office re-opens. Wherever possible, when a tenant contacts us to cancel a viewing appointment, we will notify those affected at the earliest opportunity if we are able to get hold of them. I am sorry that you have been unhappy with the level of service extended to you but I believe our internal file notes do indicate extensive efforts on behalf of our staff to assist you whenever something arises, but rest assured I have relayed your concerns on to the head of our Property Management Team. He was so informative with the property, he definitely knew the ins and outs of the property. He also followed up with a phone call. Thomas also is now keeping us in the loop with potential properties within our price range. Definitely recommend and if I could I would give 100 stars rating to Thomas!
