GoogleI'd like to take this opportunity to really thank "Gabby Giedraite" for providing an excellent service so far on our property search.
It's been like a month we've been on and off travelling to Chelmsford to find the right property and not able to make it till we approached Beresfords / Gabby sometime last week. Then Gabby had given us viewing for Saturday and considering the A12 road closure, we couldn't make for 1130am viewing time. Then we called up and Gabby was able to make it for late in the afternoon for us and came all the way to show us the property and detail around as well which really helped us to consider and finalise our move.
And over this week, Gabby has been on top of the things to get our IDs and verification and we paid our holding deposit as well which was well progressed just as Gabby made sure she progresses the things for us. Really well done and keep it up, hope all things will be sorted and we move asap.

Clear and honest guidance and support from the beginning kept us informed throughout the process.
We were initially visited by James for initial advice and valuation and during the visit, he was very open, honest and professional with his advice and valuation. At no point, did he attempt to over-sell their services, and provided us with a realistic valuation and possible outcomes. We were never pressured to enter into a contract with them.
Once the contract was agreed upon, Beresfords managed the viewing process and kept us informed throughout the process. They screened the viewers to ensure that they are qualified and had the financial means for the purchase, which ensured only the serious buyers are attracted
The website listings were managed professionally with accurate information and prioritised to ensure clarity.
Very happy with the service we have received from Beresfords, and especially Yasmine for her excellent customer service skills throughout the process.
