Dear Manj Song I noticed that you recently left a 1* review linked, I assume to dealings which you may have had with our lettings team in Chelmsford. Just so you are aware any contact we have from day 1 with potential landlords or tenants are entered onto our own internal system. However having entered your name it reveals that we have never actually had any dealings with someone using your name. Therefore I can only assume that you may have entered your review against the wrong company.
