Hi G&G Construct I noted your recent 1-star review left on our Chelmsford page. As you left no more information other than a star rating it is quite difficult to respond in detail. However, having run your name through our system I understand that you recently moved into a rental property via ourselves. From the notes recorded on our system it appears that you experienced some teething problems upon first moving in, with the heating and a few other items. I understand how frustrating this would have been for you at the time and apologise for any inconvenience caused. However, I can see from our notes that our Property Management team responded immediately, sending out a contractor the same day and the problem with the heating was resolved there and then. All other items have been investigated and related quotes prepared for the landlord's approval. In the meantime, it is clear that you have been kept fully up-to-date with a telephone call from Sophie on Monday, and emails thereafter on Tuesday and Thursday.
